The Touch 4 Health & Wellness offers drug-free pain management through the use of massage therapy, rehabilitation techniques, Functional Acupuncture and LED light therapy. Corrective skincare is achieved with facials, chemical peels, micro-channeling, microcurrent, oxygen infusion and electrodessication/thermolysis.

Our mission is to engage our clients in their own care, to both hold them accountable, and to empower them to use the techniques, products and modalities we demonstrate, when they leave our office.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that things come up at the last minute that may prevent you from making it to your appointment. However the time scheduled for you is exclusively yours. As a result, the courtesy of 24 hrs notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment is required. As a self employed practitioner, time loss = income loss. With less than 24 hrs, we are not afforded adequate time to rebook that slot. These will elicit a $50 charge. Corporate Massages and services of 2 hours or more will require a deposit and a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelation. Non compliance will incur 50% of service charge. Our normal 24/48 hour cancellation policy does not apply in an inclement weather situation. We will respect any request to reschedule an appointment even if we have decided to open for the day. If we feel it is unsafe to come to work we will need to reschedule your appointment. Check our website or Facebook page for closing or delayed opening updates.
No Call/Show: No call/no shows will be charged 50% the cost of the service. Prepayment will be a requirement for any No call/no show client in order to be eligible to book future services. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Late Arrivals: Please call us if you know that you are going to be late for your appointment. We will do everything we can to be able to give you the service you have booked. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment and it will be considered a late cancellation and subject to cancellation fee or we may reduce the amount of time for your service. This will be determined at the sole discretion of The Touch 4 Health & Wellness, LLC.
Your Appointment is your Responsibility. As a courtesy, we offer text and email confirmations and reminders of appointments. However, failing to read them or receive them does not waive your responsibility to arrive for your scheduled service. You will be charged 50% of your service if you fail to arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
