How your massage experience with us could look.

If you've had a massage with me, you may have noticed that I don't always start with my hands.

There's a reason for that. Before I begin hands-on massage, I often use the Dolphin Neurostim, a tool that uses Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS) to target specific trigger and therapeutic points on the body.

Why do this before the massage? Because sometimes the first thing your body needs isn't more pressure. It needs help letting go.

The Dolphin allows me to work with the nervous system and begin addressing areas of tension before I start working more deeply with the muscles. The goal is to help calm the nervous system, encourage tight muscles to relax, and prepare the body for the hands-on work that follows.

That can make the massage itself more productive. Instead of spending the beginning of the session simply trying to convince guarded muscles to release, I can approach the hands-on portion with your body better prepared for the work.

And that's an important part of how I approach massage at The Touch 4 Health & Wellness. I'm not interested in giving every person who walks through the door the exact same massage.

I want to understand what your body is telling me, choose the tools and techniques that make sense for you, and make every part of your session intentional.

More products don't necessarily mean better skin. A cleanser. Three serums. Two exfoliants. A trending active. A new moisturizer someone on TikTok swears by... Your skin may be asking you to simplify.
